Thermomix, Kitchen and I is an idea that came along with the amazing machine that I was lucky to see on one of the demonstrations. I've heard about it before, but was kind of sceptical in my opinion. How come one fancy gadget does all things like chopping, grating, grinding, steaming, blending, cooking, heating, weighing and so on? I could keep like that for a few more lines, but probably some of you will say "ya right!" That is why I decided to combine my passion for writing with love to cooking and start this blog. Thermomix is also new to me, so it will be nice to discover it with my readers.
I'm very exited to begin this project, as writing a blog was in my mind for the last few years, but I wanted it to be something that I will enjoy long term. I knew that only things I love will keep me going with the idea. Now, when the kids got more independent and I finally have some time for my own Thermomix appeared on the horizon and I knew this is it. Now or never, so here is Thermomix, Kitchen and I and I hope you will enjoy it with me.
